The Public Health program at the University of Toledo is currently seeking two qualified candidates to fill 9-month positions at the rank of Lecturer - open rank.
We are seeking two educators in public health education with an interest in teaching public health education courses such as Personal Health, Drug Awareness, Prevention & Control of Disease, Nutrition for Fitness & Health, Nutrition for Weight Management, General Safety, and Mental Health. Responsibilities will include the instruction of courses and engagement with other public health faculty in course development and student engagement.
The Public Health program is housed within the Department of Population Health and the College of Health and Human Services and serves students interested across a wide range healthcare and health-related majors.
Required qualifications include a master’s degree in public health, health education, or a strongly related area. Preferences will be given to candidates with previous collegiate teaching experience.
