Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50lbs with continuous motion. Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs or ladders as needed. Physical agility to navigate facilities including repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, and twisting.

The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby. This role combines clerical duties, inventory management, and employee assistance while ensuring smooth communication between visitors, employees, and other departments.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Visitor and Vendor Management:
- Stock and maintain inventory of safety boots, coffee supplies, and office supplies.
- Ensure proper sign-in and identification, monitor visitor access, and enforce plant safety procedures
- Maintain detailed records of visitors.
- Stock and maintain inventory of safety boots, coffee supplies, and office supplies.
- Handle office supply requests and ensure all necessary materials are available in the lobby.
- Manage printer repairs and monitor printer meter counts.
- Assist with job inquiries, scheduling meetings, and setting up appointments with HR.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions.
- Pull monthly Kudos reports for employee recognition.
- Data Entry for the Operations Team as needed
- Manage Locker distribution to new and existing employees.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Manage outgoing deliveries and communicate with the warehouse team.
- Handle employee inquiries related to schedules or administrative tasks
- Issue safety jackets and swag after 30 days of employment.
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries and distribution of checks.
- Report maintenance needs for the front desk and lobby area
- Keep the lobby area neat and professional.
- Decorate Lobby and Breakroom for Holidays.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Excel a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate, read, listen, and understand English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
