As a Human Resources Manager, your focus will be on overseeing the day-to-day HR administration while ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficiency in HR operations. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the employee handbook, managing the bonus plan, and owning the performance review cycle to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.

The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the COO and collaborates across leadership and operational teams. This role offers opportunities for growth within the HR function as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and administer employee bonus plans, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and development needs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee compensation planning and employee review process
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in HR management with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.

Education And/or Certification Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is desirable.
