Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.

Min = $78,875.77

Mid = $98,594.71

Max = $118,313.65

Summary

This role will focus on managing and supporting desktop infrastructure with an emphasis on the Windows operating system, virtual desktop infrastructure (VOi), and associated technologies.

Responsibilities

Operating Systems:

• Windows OS Management
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS-related issues.
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI}
• Deploy, configure, and support VDI environments, particularly with IGEL thin clients.
• Optimize VDI performance to meet user and organizational needs.
• Imaging Process
• Develop, maintain, and execute imaging processes for deploying desktops, laptops, and VDI.
• Manage and optimize imaging tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Patching and Updates
• Manage and deploy security patches and software updates using MECM.
• Ensure systems are updated and compliant with organizational standards.

• Implement and manage lmprivata solutions for secure access and authentication.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for lmprivata-related issues.
• ServiceNow
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, incident resolution, and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation within ServiceNow.
  
  

Maintenance

• Group Policy
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce compliance and security standards.
• Implement policy changes to improve the user experience and enhance security.
  
  

Support

• Office365 Support:
• Administer and support Office365 applications and services.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across desktop environments.
• End-User Support:
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support to end users.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.

Education

Essential:

• BACHELOR'S DEGREE
  
  

Other Information

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer or in a similar role
