Pecheles Automotive seeks a dependable, people-minded, tech savvy individual to join our HR Team as Corporate Recruitment Leader! The ideal candidate will have completed an associate degree in human resources OR have experience with full cycle recruiting, records maintenance.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers for multiple dealerships to ensure adequate staffing and compliance with our policies, State and Federal standards, and best practices. In addition to sourcing candidates, you will be responsible for overseeing our Onboarding and Off-boarding processes, maintaining timelines, and Employee files as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates and posts ads for vacancies.
  • Screens applications and works with hiring managers to identify candidates while complying with best practices.
  • Orders and review background checks & drugs screens.
  • Communicates with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Sends offer letters and Onboarding materials.
  • Creates Employee files and completes all data entry and State reporting.
  • Updates timelines for the HR Department and assists with New Hire and Open Enrollment delivery for all Benefits.
  • Supports the HR Department and Leadership Team with policy enforcement and record keeping.
  • Provide support/coverage in reception and Main Office as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Human Resources/Business Administration degree or recruitment experience.
  • HRIS Experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
  • Thorough understanding of the confidentiality and discretion required when handling and securing personal information.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday- Friday to accommodate need, minimum 40 hours
  • Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain professional attire and appearance.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
