Empire Automotive Group Hyundai of New Rochelle is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing service department in a state-of-the-art facility. Our service department features a modern, efficient shop designed for productivity, and a spacious customer lounge with refreshments.

Daily Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and thoroughly.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, maintaining high service levels in alignment with management and manufacturer expectations.
- Implement systems that enable advisors and technicians to effectively communicate necessary services for reliable vehicle performance.
- Oversee job dispatching to optimize technician productivity for both customer repairs and internal vehicle preparation.
- Manage both union and non-union teams to ensure compliance with manufacturer and municipal standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the service department to uphold morale and quality standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for technicians, advisors, and support staff.
- Utilize advertising and marketing strategies to maintain a steady flow of business.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to ensure timely and compliant submission of required documents and approval requests to the manufacturer.
- Minimum of two years of experience managing a union shop within a franchised automotive dealership.
- Import brand experience is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Demonstrated career stability with consistent growth in previous roles.
