Regional Maintenance Director

Carecore Health is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and safety operations across multiple locations in the Cincinnati, Ohio Region, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support maintenance teams at multiple Carecore Health facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
• Ensure all facilities meet or exceed local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA and life safety codes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and infrastructure.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans for natural disasters, power outages, or other facility-related emergencies.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• CAPEX Progject Management Experience Required.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or senior living facilities.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and compliance standards related to healthcare facilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or degrees in a related field are preferred.
