We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and positive attitude towards being the brand ambassador always ensuring timely deliveries and contributing to the overall success of the brewery. This individual will mainly be responsible for delivery, logistics and customer service as well as a love for craft beer. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Routes and Logistics:

• Driving safely and operating delivery vans or trucks to transport products from the brewery to various destinations (bars, restaurants, retail stores, events)
• Efficiently plan delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading brewery kegs, cases, cans, merchandise at each delivery stop
  
  
  

Customer Service:

• Represent the brewery with a positive attitude, excellent customer service and professionalism
• Interact with customers, answer questions and provide friendly service during deliveries
  
  
  

Warehouse Duties:

• Help the warehouse manager and shipping/receiving team to manage inventory and picking orders from the warehouse for upcoming deliveries
• Occasionally assist with kegging beer, operating keg washer and with packaging teams (canning or bottling operations) to help meet deadlines
  
  
  

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in certain conditions (wet/hot/cold/indoor/outdoor) and on your feet for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 65lbs regularly. Repetitive heavy lifting is required, including moving cases and kegs
• Able to climb ladders, bend, turn, squat or crouch to move brewery products. Walk on various surfaces (including ramps) and handle stairs during deliveries
• Able to drive in a delivery vehicle for prolonged periods of time when delivering products
  
  
  

Safety and Compliance:

• Must have and maintain a valid California Driver's License
• Follow safe driving and traffic rules
• Adhere to all Brewery policies in the Employee Handbook
• Ensure that all brewery products are handled and packed carefully to maintain quality
• Able to handle chemicals and cleaning agents used with sanitizing and cleaning
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years or older (Insurance Requirement)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse delivery position
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Forklift Certification is a plus, but we will re-train
