Description

On-Site | Full-Time | $18.50+ DOE

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support both our HR and Technology departments. This full-time, on-site role plays a vital part in keeping our team organized, efficient, and employee-focused.

Responsibilities

Technology Support

  • Set up, wipe, and manage company phones and devices
  • Assist with phone bill audits and tech inventory
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to technology
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Technology Department

HR Support

  • Input data into the HRIS system from spreadsheets, physical forms, etc.
  • Digitize, scan, and file HR documents
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related text messages and communications
  • Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Department

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, computers, and digital tools
  • Friendly and patient when assisting others with technology
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
