What we are looking for:
- Appropriate education and experience requirements as defined by the Governing Body and any applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
- Demonstrated knowledge of business management
- **IMPORTANT NOTE: if this position will serve as a Manager of Care Services, use the “Administrator” job ad example**
- Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.
- Identify and implement the organizational structure
- Responsible for all day-to-day operations
- Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
- Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies
- Oversee the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
