CMT Technical Services (CMT) is looking to hire a recruiter to join our HR team and be responsible to collaborate with local operational managers and the senior management team in filling technical, administrative, and management staffing needs throughout CMT's offices.

The Recruiter Primarily Responsibilities Include
- Communicating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, priority, and timing.
- Develop and publish position descriptions to provide information to interested candidates, convey minimum required qualifications, and promote the attractiveness and benefits of employment at CMT.
- Source potential candidates through personal network, social media, hiring campaigns, referrals, electronic databases, and on-line employment forums.
- Interview candidates either in person, on the telephone, or via other electronic means to determine adherence with minimum qualifications, employment viability, and to assess their knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Verify candidate professional registration and certifications.
- Contact professional references provided by candidates (telephone, in person, or email).
- Provide status updates to hiring managers on open staff requisitions, including summarize interviews with candidates, qualification verification, and reference checks.
- Coordinate and facilitate secondary interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support hiring managers in the development and presentation of formal employment offers.
- Work with HR staff to track recruiting and hiring data and statistics.
- Manage or participate (as needed) in advancing CMT's recruiting efforts through community outreach, professional organizations, career fairs, advisory boards, social media, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, engineering, construction management or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- 5 years experiences as a recruiter with specific emphasis in the geotechnical engineering, environmental monitoring, or construction materials inspection and testing industries (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Familiarity with on-line recruiting tools, databases, and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, etc.).
- Able to organize and maintain records on available position and candidate information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Available to adjust work schedule to facilitate interviews and interactions with candidates in various locations.
