Position Overview
Reporting to the Lead Account Executive will perform user identity vetting and manage full certificate lifecycle. Register and enroll users, issue SIPRNet PKI certificates within 5 business days. Validate and process key recovery requests within 24 hours.
Responsibilities
Validate and process key recovery requests within 24 hours.
Maintain RA documentation and SOPs.
Revoke, suspend, or restore Class 3 DoD certificates upon request.
Maintain LRA activity tracking and certificate application records.
Requirements
DISA RA Training Course
DoD 8140 Qualification: 411 Intermediate
At least 1 year as a DON RA or LRA
Active DoD Secret Clearance
