You will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating projects, and driving operational excellence while aligning with company sales objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining a customer satisfaction rating.
- Implement and maintain processes to improve efficiency and project turnaround times, achieving deadlines without with excellence in quality.
- Work closely with the Graphic Design team to align on business goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring 100% on-time completion for all scheduled jobs.
- Train and support team members.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Track key operational metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership on performance and efficiency.
- Foster a team culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and exceptional service.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency, with a track record of reducing turnaround times.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer success strategies.
- Experience in the graphics, printing, or signage industry is a plus.
