About the Role:

Our client, a leader in the vehicle wraps, signage, and large-format printing industry, is seeking a driven and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role requires a strong foundation in sales principles, though it does not involve direct selling. Instead, you will focus on customer success-ensuring clients receive top-tier service, their expectations are met, and projects are completed efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing the team, coordinating projects, and driving operational excellence while aligning with company sales objectives. This position does not handle financials but plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth in the fast-paced world of custom wraps and signage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining a customer satisfaction rating.
  • Implement and maintain processes to improve efficiency and project turnaround times, achieving deadlines without with excellence in quality.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design team to align on business goals and customer expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring 100% on-time completion for all scheduled jobs.
  • Train and support team members.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Track key operational metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership on performance and efficiency.
  • Foster a team culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, customer service, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency, with a track record of reducing turnaround times.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer success strategies.
  • Experience in the graphics, printing, or signage industry is a plus.
