General Summary And Purpose

The Responsible Business Analyst will be an integral member of our Responsible Business (RB) team and work with teams across the business to help support Responsible Investment (RI) activities and oversight across Victory Capital and our Investment Franchises. This role will allow the individual the opportunity to assist in the development, implementation, and management of global proxy voting and RI processes, policies and initiatives that align with Victory Capital’s values. You will report to the Director, Responsible Business.

You Will

• Manage daily proxy voting activities, ensuring accurate execution and proper record keeping
• Develop working relationships with Investment Franchises as a key responsible investment resource
• Assist the Request for Proposal (RFP) team in maintaining accurate Responsible Business content for proposals and communications
• Provide administrative support for both the Proxy Voting and RI Committees
• Assist the RFP team in maintaining accurate Responsible Business content for proposals and communications
• Support internal process documentation to ensure appropriate records and consistent RI disclosures across the firm
• Assist in developing both firmwide and client-specific RI reporting, including annual PRI submissions and the Responsible Business Report
• Help monitor compliance with client and partner RI guidelines, supporting verification and reporting requirements
• Contribute to broader business initiatives, including Corporate Social Responsibility programs
  
  

You Have

• B.S. or B.A. required, with preference for STEM-related backgrounds
• Genuine interest in Asset Management and Responsible Investment, with career growth aspirations
• Self-motivated individual capable of driving projects from concept to completion
• Effective team player, comfortable working both independently and collectively
• Excellent organizational abilities with demonstrated capacity to pivot as priorities evolve
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently source and analyze information
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across investment franchises, internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with ESG principles and Responsible Investing concepts

Target Compensation

The target base salary range for this position is $59,500 - $ 70,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.

Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.

Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
