The SBA Foreclosure & Liquidation Servicing Officer will work closely with the SBA Division Management and all members of the SBA Servicing team to effectively manage and report on loans in the SBA servicing portfolio that have defaulted. The SBA Loan Foreclosure & Liquidation Servicing Officer must be able to effectively manage their time to ensure that all default/foreclosure and liquidation timetables are completed.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage a specific portion of the Evolve SBA Loan Servicing portfolio.
• UPP submissions for all loans that are in liquidation.
• Handle foreclosure process, collateral evaluation and sales.
• Review of UCC and other lien searches.
• Ensure all SBA reporting requirements are timely and current.
• Monitor SBA Reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist Manager with special projects.
• Coordinate 3rd party access to foreclosed sites to ensure proper shut-down and property removal.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure compliance and completion of foreclosure process.
• Manage agreements and modifications with Borrowers and SBA when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and related software applications.
• Strong foreclosure/liquidation and SBA background.
• Accounting or underwriting background helpful.
