Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Operations

You are a natural sales professional. A positive, upbeat, passionate, and an ambitious person that is determined to thrive in an ever-changing environment. As a Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will support business and internet sales opportunities across our call center and retail fleet.

Your Focus (Responsibilities)

As a Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business challenge by owning the support of our outbound strategy. This role requires that you work closely with internal and external team members to achieve a common goal. Your primary responsibility will be owning the strategy and execution of our sales engagement platform and CRM while growing our business support team. As a Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will:

  • Serve asProject Manager and Lead - Business Development GTM
  • Sales Engagement Platform and CRM Content Developer
  • Partner with key stakeholders to grow assigned sales channels
  • Manage the strategy and implementation of campaigns
  • Optimize Victra business processes
  • Serve as subject matter expert on CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop requirements and workflow
  • Be the conduit between field and call center business teams
  • Sales Engineer of Victra Tech Stack
  • Work with external team leads weekly on gap management and priorities
  • Provides reconciliation support for business initiatives

Your Experience (Background And Skills)

  • A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • At least two years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Experience working in or with contact centers
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Expert on CRM systems and strategy; experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability to sit and stand for extended periods unless accommodations are required/requested under the ADA.

Travel Requirements

  • May be required up to 50% based upon business need.
  • Monthly mileage reimbursement, company credit card, computer, tablet, discount phone service, and phone stipend provided.
  • Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check and a clean driving record required due to travel demands.
