Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Leverage an in-depth understanding of Fishbowl’s target audience segments to develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search (SEM), social media advertising, display, , paid referral sites, and more (YouTube, etc.).
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, including ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to create ads that captivate and wow the target audience.
- Develop and optimize landing pages and user experiences to improve conversion rates.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics like conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify best practices and strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- May work with external agencies or vendors to manage campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent, proactive communication skills are needed to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing content, including ad copy and landing pages. Experience with AI ad building tools a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems related to campaign performance.
- Experience: Relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a performance or growth marketing role in the SaaS/tech industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to develop campaigns that drive revenue.
- Experience analyzing data and using insights to drive engagement and retention.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Advertising and other Martech platforms.
