What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and build the capability of maintenance team members through coaching and mentoring in the field.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to achieve zero Significant Injury or Fatality (SIF) incidents and zero Process Safety Level II/III incidents.
- Utilize the Decision-Making Framework (DMF) to enhance business mindset within the mill organization.
- Strengthen our PBM culture by leading strategic discussions and partnerships across the facility.
- Drive process improvements and gap closure by leveraging dashboards and reports.
- Ensure compliance with AMWP standards and flawless execution of scheduled work.
- Five or more years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
- Experience in directly supervising others in similar settings.
- Knowledge of reliability concepts and implementing precision maintenance techniques for equipment reliability.
- Experience in repairing and troubleshooting pumps, gearboxes, mechanical drive systems, and hydraulics.
- Ability to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in CMMS (e.g., SAP, Asset Suite) and promote efficient use of tools by the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably SAP.
- Background in the Pulp & Paper Industry or food industry.
- Knowledge of basic machining processes and electrical systems troubleshooting, including arc flash, motor drives, basic PLC functions, and servo drives and motors.
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) development and execution.
- Ability to develop technical skillsets in maintenance and operations personnel.
