Job Description: We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team. The Business Office Associate will be responsible for various administrative and financial tasks to support the efficient operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Skilled Nursing Experience is required to apply in some capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Office Manager with the following duties:

  • Daily Bank Deposits
  • Help Manage Resident Funds
  • Assist with resident billing and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Assist families with Massachusetts Medicaid
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in an office administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer Skills with Electronic Medical Records, Email, Microsoft and Excel
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting
