Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, pour, and finish decorative concrete surfaces, including stamped, stained, and polished concrete.
- Set up forms, reinforcement, and layouts according to project specifications.
- Apply staining, sealing, and surface treatments to enhance the final look of concrete projects.
- Work with clients and project managers to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to concrete mixing, setting, or finishing.
- Assist in other hardscape construction tasks as needed.
- Experience in decorative concrete, stamped concrete, or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to mix, pour, level, and finish concrete to high standards.
- Familiarity with staining, sealing, and other concrete enhancement techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
- Willingness to travel for projects (with per diem provided).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow!
