Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test business intelligence reports, dashboards, and backend components.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and enhance ETL processes to support scalable analytics solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Develop and recommend machine learning use cases, interventions, and reporting strategies.
  • Provide time and effort estimates and lead analytics projects in an Agile environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports, processes, and SQL queries/stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with business units to design creative, data-driven solutions for unique challenges.
  • Learn new technologies and industry terminology while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies, upholding standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Support and promote pharmacy compliance with URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in IT or analytics roles, with a strong record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Preferred Technical Experience

  • Modeling Tools: AzureML or similar machine learning platforms.
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, DAX, Azure, or other cloud-based data solutions.
  • Data Integration: SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or comparable ETL/ELT tools.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, SSRS, Excel, or other tools like Tableau, Domo, Looker, or Sisense.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with advanced DAX and Power Query expressions in Power BI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS for code versioning and issue tracking.
  • Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies including server hardware/software, networking, and security.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and database management environments.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional is a plus.
