The IT Infrastructure Analyst role is an onsite position located at our corporate office in Elkhart, IN and is responsible for supporting global infrastructure standardization by conducting audits, reviewing configurations, and developing actionable improvement plans across multiple divisions. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with enterprise-defined hardware, policy, and security standards, including CIS benchmarks, and works closely with divisional IT teams to guide implementation efforts, evaluate readiness, and maintain alignment with corporate infrastructure strategy.
The position requires strong technical experience to effectively analyze environments, provide recommendations, and collaborate with teams on achieving consistent, secure, and scalable infrastructure. This position offers hands-on learning and the opportunity to grow alongside experienced professionals in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

The IT Infrastructure Analyst role is an onsite position located at our corporate office in Elkhart, IN and is responsible for supporting global infrastructure standardization by conducting audits, reviewing configurations, and developing actionable improvement plans across multiple divisions. Responsibilities
Assessment, Planning & Standardization Support:
- Conduct audits and reviews of systems, configurations, and operational procedures to evaluate compliance with enterprise infrastructure and security standards.
- Analyze Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and backup environments to assess consistency, risk, and performance.
- Collaborate with divisional IT teams to identify improvement opportunities and develop practical, stakeholder-aware remediation plans.
- Define prerequisites and support implementation strategies that align with business needs and enterprise requirements.
- Contribute to the enforcement and evolution of infrastructure and security standards, including CIS benchmarks.
- Document configuration baselines, findings, and improvement plans to support enterprise initiatives.
- Provide advisory support for divisional IT teams during upgrades, migrations, and deployments to ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Participate in project tracking and alignment to ensure initiatives stay on scope and meet enterprise requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or enterprise IT support.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Familiarity with disaster recovery planning, backup solutions, and infrastructure hardening.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security frameworks such as CIS and NIST.
- Experience reviewing, assessing, or documenting IT environments for compliance or optimization.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to develop implementation plans and support their execution across multiple teams.
- Preferred experience supporting multi-site or global IT environments.
- Preferred exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure [Entra] or AWS.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
