As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts—including standard day shifts, 2nd shift, weekend shifts, and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible and willing to be assigned to any shift based on operational needs.
Preference will be given to applicants available to work between the hours of 2:30 PM and 7:00 AM, including overnight and weekend shifts. These schedules may also be eligible for a Shift Differential. You must also be able to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays, as required to support operations.

The NDT Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all non-destructive testing (NDT) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge of NDT methods, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Planning:
- Coordinate the scheduling of NDT inspections, ensuring alignment with production schedules, customer requirements, and regulatory deadlines.
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation of resources for NDT inspections, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of NDT activities, including inspection reports, certification records, and compliance documentation.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure NDT inspections are conducted in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections, addressing any non-conformities and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding NDT activities.
- Facilitate communication between NDT technicians, inspectors, project managers, and customers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in NDT coordination, scheduling, or project management within a 145 Repair Station or aviation maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with NDT methods such as penetrant testing (PT), magnetic particle testing (MT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and Eddy Current (ET)
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including FAA regulations, EASA standards, and industry best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Other: May be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field
- Certification or training in NDT methods and techniques.
- Experience using aviation maintenance software systems for scheduling, documentation, and quality management.
