Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions
• Ensure all work meets local and state codes
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Use mobile technology and apps to manage jobs and reporting
• Represent Ultimate Air with professionalism and customer-first attitude
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
• EPA 608 Certification (Required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must provide their own industry specific basic tools.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Must be willing to participate in paid training and certification programs
• Must be able to work in high heats and outdoors when needed.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Occasional on-call rotation or weekend availability
