Summary
The Enterprise Credential Data Analyst provides support and coordination for credentialing software and database management. This role collaborates with Information Services (I/S) and vendors to develop, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain technology systems. Serving as the lead technical resource, the analyst facilitates training, system enhancements, and process improvements to maximize efficiency and utilization of the practitioner database. Responsibilities also include establishing standardized data conventions, conducting system audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness, and generating reports as requested by leadership and other system departments.

The Enterprise Credential Data Analyst provides support and coordination for credentialing software and database management. Education
- Associate’s degree in administration, information systems, or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Certification by the National Association Medical Staff Services as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or office administration, preferably in information technology and database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong keyboarding skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently using critical thinking skills.
