Job Overview
Schneider is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Green Bay to support a specific area of the organization from an information systems, information schemes and business processes standpoint. The Technical Business Analyst will research and develop technical solutions for the area and present cases for recommended business changes.

Job Overview
Schneider is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in Green Bay to support a specific area of the organization from an information systems, information schemes and business processes standpoint. The Technical Business Analyst will research and develop technical solutions for the area and present cases for recommended business changes.
Responsibilities
- Help with the day-to-day technical needs within the supported area of the organization.
- Maintain the status of technical subject matter expert amongst business stakeholders within the supported area.
- Identify opportunities that eliminate rework, re-engineer processes and migrate toward automation.
- Develop process enhancements and solutions for technical business needs.
- Determine root causes when technical issues arise and work with tech teams and vendors to resolve them.
- Create test scenarios and schedules for technology implementations.
- Design, code, test, debug and support solution systems through developing, enhancing and implementing new products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of computer tools and technology experience.
- Able to transform raw data into business information.
- Able to manage and create relational tables and databases.
- Able to learn new technology tools, programming languages and techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software, applications and systems.
- Able to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
