Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring that information is complete and easily accessible.
• Assist in implementing customer retention strategies that foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
• Stay informed about our insurance products, including auto, fire, and life insurance, as well as industry trends, to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Property & Casualty License.
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
