Compensation Range (start):
$35,000 per/yr. - $45,000 per/yr. Based on experience Village Ford Benefit Package
Hours: 40 hours/week M-F 730-430

Activities:
- Process warranty claims and verifying criteria required by the factory
- Post credits, track warranty parts returns.
- Follow-up on unpaid warranty claims and submit for appeals
- File, monitor and adjust warranty claims
- Back up all positions(cashier/rental) in the office during vacation periods, illness or when the office is in a peak load situation.
- Assist all co-workers, managers, service advisors, vendors, factory representatives and customers with the information they need promptly and accurately.
- Any other duties assigned by management
- Monitor register and reconcile on daily basis
- 30-day unbilled list with no overdue accounting
- Responsible for training other office staff with billing requirements through an entire repair order life cycle
- Attend all sales/technician/support staff meetings to assist with communicating warranty obligations of staff.
