What You Will Do to Change Lives
The HR Compliance Specialist supports the HR Compliance team and department in ensuring the organization fulfills its compliance responsibilities. This includes partnering with various departments to gather and share information, addressing compliance-related inquiries, and monitoring non-compliance. Additionally, the HR Compliance Specialist supports the implementation, monitoring, and auditing of compliance programs, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $34.43 - $42.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business Administration.
- Three (3) years of experience in HR or office administration with an HR focus.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements associated with background screenings.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR and Compliance records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team environment while developing highly effective and valued professional relationships with peers, colleagues, and cross-functional team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
- Paid Time Off: For Full Time Employee it is 16.7 days in your first year
- Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)
