Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage relationships with real estate builders and developers.
- Present Propacity’s value proposition and service offerings to secure exclusive mandates.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with developers.
- Coordinate internally for onboarding of new projects and ensure timely go-live.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with builder partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Proven experience in real estate business development, particularly in builder relations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and drive partnerships from initiation to closure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
