  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Handle a monthly ad spend of ₹20L+ efficiently to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align messaging, targeting, and creatives.
  • Communicate directly with clients/stakeholders to understand project needs and expectations.
  • Regularly analyze data, generate performance reports, and make real-time optimizations.
  • Stay updated with ad platform changes, trends, and real estate industry dynamics.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate or property tech.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong command of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Experience managing ad budgets of ₹20L+ per month, focused on lead generation.
  • Proficient in ad campaign structure, audience segmentation, pixel/tracking setup, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and act on them quickly.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with multiple concurrent campaigns.
