About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Success Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, conducting lead intakes, providing exceptional customer consultations, and leveraging their expertise in HubSpot to enhance our customer relationship management processes. The role requires strong soft skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, to ensure a positive experience for our clients. This is a hybrid role (1-2 days remote) based in Skokie, IL.
Responsibilities
Answering inbound phone calls and assisting customers with inquiries, support requests, and product information.
Conducting lead intakes to gather essential information about prospective clients and their needs.
Performing customer consultations to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
Utilizing HubSpot to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborating with departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective resolution of issues.
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through feedback analysis and relationship-building initiatives.
Assisting in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and processes.
Providing regular reports and updates on customer interactions, feedback, and performance metrics to management.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a previous sales, account management, customer success, or related role.
Proficient in Google Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous Experience Working In a SaaS Or Technology-driven Company.
Familiarity with sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
Hubspot Experience Required
Crypto or legal knowledge preferred
A strong willingness to learn
