Crown Laboratories, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst.

Job Overview: This role serves as a key resource in supply chain operations, supporting the Supply Chain Business Analytics Manager by managing data, driving system improvements, and making informed decisions to optimize supply chain processes. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining Master Data, ensuring data integrity, and overseeing the cleanliness and efficiency of the ERP system.

This position will be in Johnson City, TN.

Job Summary & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Systems Oversight:
  • Lead Master Data Management and ensure accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems.
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of Ross ERP, ensuring accurate data inputs and outputs.
  • Manage system configurations and updates to improve data flow and visibility.
  • Work with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize ERP usage and reporting capabilities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Generate and present reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Support freight, logistics, and distribution spend analysis and reporting.
  • Decision Support & Strategic Planning:
  • Serve as a decision-maker in supply chain operations, filling in for the Supply Chain Business Analytics Manager as needed.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and scenario modeling to assess business impact.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations to drive efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support supply chain initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in inventory management and planning.
  • Inventory & Master Data Control:
  • Maintain accurate inventory master data, including item attributes, BOMs, and costing.
  • Support inventory optimization strategies to balance cost and availability.
  • Analyze aging, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory, driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee reconciliation activities and root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration:
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and data accuracy improvements.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects focused on supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align strategies and enhance decision-making.

Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and at least 5 of years of experience in a supply chain or analytics environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, EDI, ERP systems, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and system integrations.
  • Experience managing Master Data and ERP systems (Ross preferred) and improving system efficiencies.
  • Ability to independently make decisions and fill in for leadership when needed.
  • Effective communication skills to present insights to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to contribute to and lead projects that enhance data governance, reporting, and automation.
