Director of Human Resources - Field based (Regional) Exempt
Due to locations of our buildings, the candidate would need to reside in Eastern Wisconsin (Green Bay & Sheboygan areas preferably).
Will require regular travel to buildings.

Summary of position
Responsible for providing general HR support and services to multiple facilities within a designated region. Serves as a strategic business partner with operations. Provides advice, support and counsel as well as implements systems to manage human capital to include strategies for effective staff retention and recruiting initiatives, wage and compensation management, benefits administration, employee relations and human resources management consultation, policies and procedures administration, employee engagement programs, conflict resolution, labor relations, training and compliance with applicable state and federal laws

Requirements of the position
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and job specific work experience)
- At least 5 years in progressive human resource role
- Multi-facility experience
- Post-acute care or health care experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
