Description
The Customer Account Processing Representative, on our Lockbox and Cashiering Services Team, will process payments and conduct payment exception research via multiple different systems. Processed payments and resolved payment exceptions are totaled on a daily basis for immediate deposit.
Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $16.00

Responsibilities
The Customer Account Processing Representative, on our Lockbox and Cashiering Services Team, will process payments and conduct payment exception research via multiple different systems. Processed payments and resolved payment exceptions are totaled on a daily basis for immediate deposit.

Responsibilities
- Prepares deposits for processing.
- Processes deposits prior to the daily deadline using system software and processing machines.
- Insert customer and account data by inputting alphanumerical information from internal and client systems within time limits
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors
- Researches and obtains further information for incomplete documents
- Responds to queries for information and access relevant files and systems
- Complies with data integrity and security policies
- Prepares processed deposits for mail, courier, etc.
- Communicates with necessary areas within the company for transfer of all daily data.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Must exhibit characteristics of a team player who can work independently as well as within a group setting.
- Excellent organizational skills, commitment to meeting deadlines and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Requires strong communication skills both written and verbal, good time management skills and the ability to initiate and embrace change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate computers and a variety of office equipment.
- Must be proficient in 10-key.
- Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs.
