Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic Hospital Administrator to oversee our three
Dallas-Fort Worth locations, each operating under a unique model:
general practice, urgent care, and emergency care. This role is pivotal in
driving operational success, ensuring consistent standards of care, and
positioning Suveto for future growth. Reporting to senior leadership,
you’ll partner with our team of three Medical Directors and collaborate
with Marketing to elevate our network’s impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across three locations, managing scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and inventory to keep each hospital running seamlessly.
- Focus initially on strengthening the ER and urgent care models, developing consistent standards of care (SoC), protocols, processes, and outstanding customer experience.
- Partner with three Medical Directors to align all locations under unified, high-quality care standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing to establish consistent branding across the network.
- Drive the successful launch and ongoing management of wellness memberships at all sites.
- Plan and execute strategies for potential future growth, ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
- The Hospital Administrator should ideally possess a bachelor’s degree in business, hospital administration or CVPM, and have 5+ years of hospital management experience in a large ER/Specialty or multi-location veterinary hospital network setting
- Should have a general understanding of HR and labor laws
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and operational models (e.g., GP, urgent care, ER).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on process development and standardization.
- Experience working with medical leadership to improve clinical outcomes and customer experience.
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams to build brand consistency.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs.
