The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable recruiting for high level positions, as well as assisting employees and resolving conflict while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide a positive work environment for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.
• Screen, recruit, and onboard for all level positions within the organization.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
• Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
• Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
• Collaborate with HR and the leadership team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
• Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit new employees and manage HR tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
