What You’ll Do
- Act as the right hand to the CEO—streamlining internal operations and ensuring day-to-day priorities are aligned with company goals
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and executive leadership team
- Manage and track key internal initiatives and business operations projects
- Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across departments
- Prepare reports, internal communications, and meeting agendas
- Help anticipate problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve issues
- Create and refine internal processes to support rapid growth
- Proven experience in high-level operations, project management, or executive support
- Strong understanding of business processes and internal communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate C-suite dynamics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-speed environment
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
- Director of Operations or Senior Operations Manager
- Executive Assistant to CEO or C-suite with strategic responsibilities
- Business Consultant or Project Manager with a focus on organizational effectiveness
- Military leadership experience with high accountability and team coordination
- MBA or other advanced business training is a plus, but not required
