We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the overarching product strategy and successful execution of RadarFirst's offerings. This person will contribute to achieving the company's near term and long-term objectives with a focus on growth and RadarFirst's AI initiatives.
The Product Manager works closely with other members of the product and customer success teams, as well as daily interactions with engineering to execute on product enhancements. Occasional support of go-to-market initiatives, along with interfacing with the larger leadership organization, is expected.
This position can be based out of our HQ in Portland, OR, or remote from anywhere in the U.S.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 a year.
The Product Manager works closely with other members of the product and customer success teams, as well as daily interactions with engineering to execute on product enhancements. Occasional support of go-to-market initiatives, along with interfacing with the larger leadership organization, is expected.
This position can be based out of our HQ in Portland, OR, or remote from anywhere in the U.S.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- Execute on product development requirements as needed to fulfill the obligations of strategic plans and objectives.
- Ensures the engineering team receives clear, timely, prioritized requirements related to their initiatives
- Performs market research, market validation and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for existing and new products, potential partnerships, and the adoption of disruptive technology (e.g., AI).
- Creates or contributes to business cases for proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive analysis, and risk analysis.
- Regularly interacts with executives and customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as influencing customers, management or leaders regarding matters of significance to RadarFirst.
- Work on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies.
- Support customer-specific analyses (e.g., incident profiling) and solution architecture framework (SAF) development.
- Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure go-to-market strategies, plans and activities are understood and aligned with product strategy and prioritization.
- Contributes to the product management discipline within RadarFirst.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience building and launching software applications for a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across an organization, including engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and product support.
- Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills
- Previous experience in compliance, security, privacy, or AI
- Planning and execution of a product strategy.
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Background in software development and program management
- Familiarity with agile frameworks
