Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and system tune-ups.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete service calls in a timely manner.
- Accurately document work performed, including parts used and services provided.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices through company-provided training.
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, repair, or installation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work long hours, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Willingness to learn and participate in company training programs.
