Description

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier candidates, and building a talent pipeline for various positions within the organization across both U.S. and international markets. The person in the role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The recruiter will be based in Latin America and will collaborate with hiring managers and candidates globally.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job descriptions, and qualifications for open positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide timely feedback to candidates, and manage the interview process from start to finish to ensure a good candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and other necessary screening procedures to ensure the integrity and quality of hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
  • Onboard new employees and contractors by entering required information into the appropriate HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources, particularly in Latin America and the United States.
  • Recruit for domestic (U.S.) and international positions, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and cultural practices.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers across different countries and time zones.
  • Support international hiring initiatives by partnering with local recruitment agencies, universities, and talent sources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to the HR team and management.
  • Uphold compliance with the company approval process for new hires, both existing and new roles.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 5+ years of experience combined in recruitment and other HR/Admin roles, minimum 3 years as Corporate Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Recruiting

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in the United States required; internationally preferred.'
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment eligibility requirements.

Work Schedule

Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate U.S. time zones (Eastern, Central, and Pacific). Expected to be less than 10% of the time.

Language

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Work Environment

This role is remote and involves working in a standard professional home office environment.
