Project Manager – Construction

Location: Travel Required | Full-Time

Compensation: Based on experience

We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager with construction experience to lead commercial projects from planning through close-out. This role manages schedules, budgets, installations, and communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee project startup, billing, and closeout
  • Manage site readiness, inspections, and installation schedules
  • Review drawings, contracts, and change orders
  • Track costs and maintain documentation in Procore (required)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience (construction preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; Procore experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred
