As the HOA Coordinator, you will oversee the setup, maintenance, and management of each local Homeowners Association.

As the HOA Coordinator, you will oversee the setup, maintenance, and management of each local Homeowners Association.
HOA Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Land Department team to gather information for governing documents.
- Provide details to attorneys and review drafts for accuracy.
- Approve, execute, and deliver final documents.
- Select and contract third-party management companies.
- Ensure smooth transition with the management company.
- Prepare the HOA budget, serve on the boards and attend meetings; provide updates and reports.
- Address developer-related issues with the HOA Manager.
- Review financials and resolve issues with the Controller.
- Review and approve architectural requests.
- Enforce bond deposit policy and assign amounts.
- Inspect and document property conditions before and after homeowner improvements.
- Coordinate common area transition walks.
- Prepare and execute deeds, transfer plans, and documents to HOA.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of related experience in residential property management or community/building management and customer service.
- Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
