Associate Project Manager is a pivotal role which requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in acting as a liaison between scientific operations and Project Managers. You will collect information to assist in the planning, budgeting, and monitoring the project status, as well as assisting completion and execution of all laboratory processes.

Associate Project Manager is a pivotal role which requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in acting as a liaison between scientific operations and Project Managers. You will collect information to assist in the planning, budgeting, and monitoring the project status, as well as assisting completion and execution of all laboratory processes.
Responsibilities:
Project Initiation:
- Work closely with Project Managers to facilitate and coordinate the execution of site qualification and feasibility meetings.
- Acts as point of follow-through for QA to ensure feasibility questionnaires are accurate.
- Interacts and communicates with, as well as delegates to (as necessary) all internal departments to achieve successful coordination during entire duration of study.
- Engages with Project Managers to facilitate necessary steps to ensure the client's needs are met.
- Assist in gathering internal departmental information to ensure Project Managers can contribute to proposal development which includes, but is not limited to:
- Following up with department heads or staff members for information in assistance with evaluating costs for labor, equipment needs, and/or any other supplies needed for the protocol/synopsis.
- Engages with Clinical PMs and Sponsor contacts to support the completion of Key Study Information documents.
- Maintains detailed knowledge and understanding of assigned studies.
- Supports the Project Manager with meetings with the Sponsor or Client by providing feedback and data.
- Ensures QA is provided with all start-up documentation
- Continuously monitors Smartsheet deliverables to ensure laboratory activities can be completed within a timeframe that would facilitate on-time data delivery.
- Prompt lead scientists to have paperwork generated in a timely manner.
- Communicate actively with internal to Germantown SMEs and external to Germantown Pharmaron SMEs to facilitate relationship building between sites.
- Lead sponsor weekly calls when required.
- Under the direction of the Project Managers, facilitates the process of monitoring the progress of each individual project deliverable against project timelines and budget.
- Supports metrics-building for data delivery statistics, revenue statistics, and other applicable quality metrics.
We're seeking individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- BS in related field + 2 years as a project manager in a scientific field.
- GLP or GCP experience.
- Experience working with external sponsors or clients.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and customer service skills.
