Overview

Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is seeking a full-time Assistant Clinic Director to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Mt. Vernon, NY. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the coordination, supervision, and development of clinic services within a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

The salary range for this full-time hybrid position is $87,000-$92,000.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support clinic operations, including service productivity, intake, and treatment case flow.
  • Supervise assigned clinic staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new clinicians.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and billing compliance.
  • Maintain adherence to OMH guidelines, including the integration of peer services.
  • Carry a caseload of clients and lead one or more psychotherapy groups.
  • Partner with the Clinic Director to prepare for governmental reviews and uphold licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Address administrative and facility-related issues as needed.
  • Working on-site 3 days per week.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

  • Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
  • DBT comprehensive/intensive training and experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
