We're seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team! Our Talent Sourcing team is focused on attracting, hiring, and retaining top candidates for clinical and non clinical needs.
Location: Remote/Work from home. Must reside within our geographical footprint of IA, IL, or WI.
Shift: M-F, Days, Full-time.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with regional recruiting teams to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals.
- Utilize market insights to develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and direct sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidatescreening to evaluate role fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines (icims CRM) to support talent demand and maintain candidate engagement.
- Stay informed of market insights and best practices to attract, engage and retain talent within the healthcare industry.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years’ experience in a talent sourcing/lead generation role, collaborating with Recruiters to understand hiring needs, aligning sourcing strategies and delivering high-quality candidates.
- Understanding and passion towards the healthcare field, preferred.
- Highly organized in managing candidate pipelines and tracking sourcing activities effectively. focused on efficiency and team player.
- Experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in healthcare roles.
- Experience measuring, tracking candidate conversion rates and funnel metrics to deliver data based solutions and strategies.
- Experience sourcing talent across multiple channels including (but not limited to): LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, iCIMS CRM, iCIMS ATS, and social media.
- Stay informed of market insights and best practices to attract, engage and retain talent within the healthcare industry.
