About the Position:

The digital product specialist position at Tom Gill Buick GMC is focused on providing a high quality car buying experience starting online. The digital product specialist works to answer leads and streamline the vehicle purchase and make the purchase more comfortable and convenient for the consumer. Our sales process is designed to be no-haggle on used vehicles and low-haggle on new vehicles (largely due to manufacturer rebates and incentives). The low pressure sales environment creates a better experience for the customer and Product Specialist. Through learning the Tom Gill Buick GMC process, each product specialist can follow our career path to develop in the organization and learn new skills related to automotive retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to customer online leads in a timely manner and answering questions with accurate and pertinent information.

Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities.

Assisting customers in finding the right vehicle that best fits their budget.

Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system.

Working with customers when they come to the store to provide a streamlined, omnichannel experience.

Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales.

No Prior Sales Experience Required.
