Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of a Digital Project Manager to join our Project Management team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead enterprise-wide digital transformation projects that advance capabilities in customer engagement, automation, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). You will ensure adherence to Trystar’s Guiding Principles and Values while delivering high quality project outcomes and benefits on-time and within budget.

In this role you will get to:

  • Provide project management for digital transformation projects which support Trystar strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather and document internal/external customer requirements to ensure clear project objectives and key results
  • Collaborate with teams to create detailed project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Anticipate and actively manage changes to project scope, schedule and performance while monitoring and managing project risks and mitigation strategies
  • Establish and manage project capital and expense budgets
  • Measure project performance using KPI’s that support Trystar’s strategic objectives
  • Provide timely communication to stakeholders that include project review and update presentations as required
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and be very organized in workflow and process documentation
  • Ensure team performance by leading, mentoring, training, motivating, and celebrating
  • Exhibit confident project management skills that set team expectations and effectively balance workloads
  • Manage several projects in parallel
  • Demonstrate effective and proven relationship building skills
  • Provide guidance regarding future project planning and execution
  • Utilize data-driven problem-solving framework and techniques to drive timely decisions
  • Foster an environment that embraces experimentation, iteration, and bias towards action


Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.


Additional Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, passionate, with exceptional communications skills.
  • Strong ability to drive results and meet deadlines by enforcing accountability among vendors and project resources.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects that encompass CRM, ERP, AI, Automation, and other critical business systems.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to complete full life cycle projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills and very resourceful with team building, maintaining partnerships, collaboration and influence with enterprise-wide stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Agile
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20%
