About the Role:
As the Executive Director, you will work closely with the Senior Executive Director to ensure smooth and compliant operations across all departments, support staff development, uphold high standards of resident care, and foster a positive and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the overall management and leadership of the community
Ensure compliance with California regulations and company policies
Support department heads in daily operations and team oversight
Promote high standards of resident satisfaction and quality of life
Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of staff
Assist with resident admissions, care planning, and family relations
Lead in the absence of the Executive Director
Requirements:
Must possess a current California RCFE Administrator license.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of Title 22 and RCFE regulations
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead by example
