Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
- On-call schedule / rotation
- On-site - Office located at residential program

As Program Director, you’ll lead the daily operations of a residential program, ensuring high-quality care, program compliance, and staff leadership—while fostering a culture of respect, creativity, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful launch of a new residential program, including home setup, furnishing, hiring, and staff training.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
- Lead, teach, and model best practices for staff using PBS strategies.
- Oversee the health, safety, and daily living needs of residents—nutrition, medical care, hygiene, and recreational engagement.
- Manage individual financial needs and reporting.
- Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and coordinate coverage during staff absences.
- Contribute actively to ISP reviews, treatment team meetings, and individualized planning (goals, behavior plans, safety plans).
- Organize and lead regular program staff meetings.
- Maintain agency certifications and documentation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
- Supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Preferred certifications: MAP, PABC, CPR/First Aid.
- Ability to pass a background screening (CORI).
- Salary: $50,079–$52,139
- MAP differential: $2/hr
